Crisis communications and public relations expert Gina Rubel will present “COVID-19 Emerging Legal Risks for Resumption of Business Operations” as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) Coping with Coronavirus series. Joining Rubel are Nancy B. G. Lassen and Michael G. Dryden of Willig, Williams & Davidson.
The program will cover the opportunities, planning considerations, workplace safety in addition to employment law and workers’ compensation claims. The presenters will provide insights on navigating short- and long-term challenges including employee privacy, cyber security, and reopening protocols.
