The bank has hired a new Chief Financial Officer. Charles T. Field has more than 30 years of banking experience behind him including working at a NASDAQ traded bank holding company. He started in June at the bank’s Administrative Office in Perkasie, Pennsylvania.
Director of treasury and risk management Dorothy Jaworski has been named vice president of the Financial Managers Society Philadelphia Chapter. Additionally, Christopher Carroll, assistant treasurer and investment officer, has been named the organization’s secretary.

The Intelligencer announced that Todd Hurley, chief relationship officer, presented a $6000 check for the 2018 annual Pennridge Community Day fireworks display, a long-standing recipient of the bank’s community giving.
