Jennifer leads relationship management with prospective and existing clients, as well as strategic agency partners, ensuring that insights into emerging trends are directly connected to business development and reputation strategy. Known for her forward-looking approach, she helps firms move beyond reactive marketing to intentional, growth-focused strategies that align with what clients value today.
She is also a member of the agency’s international faculty, where she collaborates with elite professionals in key global markets to guide law firms to success in the professional services landscape. In addition, Jennifer serves as executive producer of the award-winning On Record PR podcast, named a Top 10 Legal Podcast in the U.S. by Attorney at Work, where she leads content strategy focused on the forces shaping the legal industry.
Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Jennifer spent more than a decade leading business development and marketing communications strategies in-house at AmLaw 200 law firms across the United States, including Lowenstein Sandler, Kasowitz, and Sherman & Howard (now Taft). She is known for her comprehensive and dynamic approach to client service, seamlessly integrating marketing strategy, communications, and thought leadership to elevate attorney and firm visibility while driving measurable business growth.
A sought-after speaker at national events and a respected contributor to legal publications, Jennifer is widely recognized for her insights into market and emerging trends. She has been named a Lawdragon Global 100 Leader in Legal Strategy & Consulting for severn consecutive years and was honored as a 2026 PR News Top Women in PR & Communications honoree for her impact in helping organizations expand into new markets, reach new audiences, and achieve measurable growth. She is also an active leader within the Legal Marketing Association, having held multiple roles at the regional, national, and international levels.
Jennifer earned her BA in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School. She also completed an Executive Education Program in Driving Strategic Impact at Columbia Business School.
After living in several regions across the United States, Jennifer and her family settled in New Jersey. She enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time at the beach.
