As the head of strategic development for Furia Rubel, Jennifer leads relationship management with prospective, new and existing clients. She tracks market and emerging trends, supports the agency’s client value proposition, and assists the agency and clients with establishing competitive advantage, winning new business, and implementing strategies that impact long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Jennifer spent more than ten years leading business development and marketing communications strategies in-house at AmLaw 200 law firms in New York and mid-market law firms throughout the United States. With a proven track record of success, Jennifer is well-known for her comprehensive approach to business development and client service, which combines marketing strategies, communications campaigns, and thought leadership to position attorneys, law firms and other professional service providers to win new business in competitive markets.

A frequent speaker at national events and a regular contributor to legal publications, Jennifer is a recognized source for legal industry trends and has been named a top 50 Twitter account that attorneys should follow. As an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, Jennifer has served in several leadership positions including as a Director-at-Large on the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Northeast Regional Board. She received her BA in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University, a Graduate Certificate of Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School and completed an Executive Education Program in Driving Strategic Impact at Columbia Business School.

After the experience of living in several different parts of the United States, Jennifer and her family settled in New Jersey. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, exercising, and cooking.
