Furia Rubel Communications Director of Strategic Development Jennifer Simpson Carr will co-present a workshop titled “Public Relations Planning from Floor to Ceiling: A Blueprinting Workshop” at the 2022 Legal Marketing Association Southwest Region Conference. She will join Lauren Michaud Knotts, Communications & PR Manager at McGlinchey Stafford.
Carr and Knotts will lead participants through a step-by-step public relations planning process using a practice or industry group of the participants’ choosing. The workshop will cover:
- the process of goal setting
- conducting competitive analysis
- uncovering opportunities in the market
- defining target audiences
- establishing key messages
- identifying calls to action
- using data to establish benchmarks and measure success
Through small group discussions, audience participation, and real-time brainstorming and feedback, participants will develop an understanding of how public relations plans are created and measured and leave the session with a written plan customized for the practice or industry group of their choosing.
