Rebranding is an initiative law firms should not take lightly. Furia Rubel Chief Innovation Officer Leslie Richards recently provided an overview of the various factors law firms should take into consideration when rebranding.
Richards’ article lays out the process of rebranding, from determining the purpose and overall direction of the rebrand to the creative decisions and implementation needed to establish a new brand identity. She said, “If your firm is making substantive changes, a rebrand helps to communicate that internally and externally. It can provide strong visual reinforcement for your change management initiative and can help you to reposition your law firm in a time of momentous change and innovation in the industry.”

It will support retention of existing brand loyalists, and the growth of new audiences by communicating who you are and what your promise is to those you serve.”
