Pennsylvania integrated marketing and public relations agency Furia Rubel (www.furiarubel.com) was honored by the Philadelphia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for the firm’s outstanding branding, website design and community service efforts on Dec. 4, 2012. The Pepperpot Awards recognize best-in-class communication campaigns and tactics from agencies in the Philadelphia region.
Furia Rubel earned two top awards – the first in the brand / reputation management category for the brand and reputation management campaign on behalf of Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP, and the second in website design and development on behalf of Para-Plus Translations, Inc., a provider of translation, interpretation and related services. Furia Rubel also received a Ladle Award in the pro bono programs category for the firm’s “10 for 10” Community Service Campaign.
“The Furia Rubel team is extremely proud of the recognitions that we received from PRSA,” said agency President Gina F. Rubel, Esq. “I am grateful to my superb marketing and public relations professionals for the strategic thinking, dedication and enthusiasm they bring to all of the work we do for our outstanding roster of clients.”
Furia Rubel has long been Feldman Shepherd’s agency of record, providing strategic marketing and public relations counsel and services to the law firm. The agency designed a new website focused on increasing awareness of Feldman Shepherd’s successes while reinforcing the firm’s brand and national reputation through a myriad of communication tactics. The campaign resulted in more than 14 million media impressions and a consistent increase in visibility supporting business development. (See our award acceptance video below.)
Seeking top-of-mind awareness among existing and potential clients, Para-Plus Translations, Inc. contacted Furia Rubel for strategic assistance in 2011. In 2012, the agency designed and launched the new Para-Plus website, www.para-plus.com, garnering a top nod from PRSA Philadelphia. The website was designed to segment translation and interpretation services while providing more user-centric content and a streamlined experience. The results were increased site visits by 120 percent within 40 days, increased average length of visits and more online inquiries with less emphasis on phone screening.
