President and CEO, Gina Rubel, will present “Social Media: Ethics, Errors and Establishing Guidelines” for Pennsylvania government finance officers at their annual meeting on April 25 in State College at the Penn Stater Conference Center.
During the program, Rubel, a marketing and crisis management expert and attorney, will discuss ways that Pennsylvania government finance officers can embrace social media to implement ethical and effective social media tactics.
