Several media outlets including Philly.com, KYWNews Radio, and CBSPhilly have reported that the firm represents an anonymous, former student of Valley Forge Military Academy and College that has brought a lawsuit against the institution alleging that sexual, physical and emotional abuse is standard at the school.

Aichele, who passed away in December at 69, was a devoted community member who dedicated himself to serve wherever needed, spent many years as a bank board member, was the executive director of the KOC and served his country in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves among other volunteer positions.
