Family law attorney and partner Andrew D. Taylor recently moderated a session at the PBA 2019 Family Law Section Winter Meeting. Entitled “Lawyers Never Lose Their Appeal,” the session featured four attorneys who conducted mock oral debates before a panel of three Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges, with the judges providing critiques of their performances.

Dickman Seminar featuring “Family Law 2.0: A Child-Centered and User-Friendly Approach.” Taylor’s session focused on mediation and reviewed updates to “Our Children First,” a county-mandated program aimed at helping parents and caregivers anticipate and ameliorate challenges to raising children in two homes.
