Gina Rubel Presents Changes to ABA Ethics Rules to Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group
The ABA has revised Model Rules of Professional Conduct 7.1 – 7.5 relating to lawyer advertising. Resolution 101 passed in Aug. 2018. Rubel will address the purpose for the changes to the ABA ethics rules for law firm marketing and what legal marketers need to know about the new rule.
