Doylestown is home to more than 8,200 residents, while business and culture attract a significant number of additional visitors to town. Doylestown Borough partnered with Furia Rubel Communications to provide more focused communication activities online and to enhance the delivery of services and user experience (UX) for residents, businesses, and visitors via its municipal website for Doylestown Borough.
Recognizing that a robust web presence is the preferred gateway for reams of information about a town, services, consumerism, and tourism, Furia Rubel redesigned the look, feel and navigation of the DoylestownBorough.net website to better the user experience (UX).
Furia Rubel worked with Doylestown Borough on the website redesign, reorganized content, new content and strategic plan. Furia Rubel then developed and assisted with the launch and rollout plan.
The new municipal website for Doylestown Borough, Bucks County, incorporates custom photography, easy-to-use navigation, one-click access to Resident Government Services, Business Government Services and the areas of the website most used by visitors. The homepage also offers a glimpse at the most important and most recent news, events, and public meetings – with important sub-navigation links to police, fire, emergency preparedness and Bucks County information.
