Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Mahalet held leadership roles at prominent law firms, including Troutman Pepper, Stoel Rives, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Hogan Lovells, and Sidley Austin. Her work includes launching award-winning video content, enhancing cross-practice collaboration through signature initiatives like the “Rainmaker Roundtable,” and spearheading inclusive business development strategies. She has also provided executive teams with data-driven insights to inform decision-making and client engagement.

Mahalet’s focus on driving client growth, operational efficiency, and strategic marketing has consistently delivered measurable impact for the law firms she has supported. She brings a proven ability to draft persuasive pitch materials, RFP responses, and tailored business development plans across key practice areas including Finance, Real Estate, Environmental, and Intellectual Property. Her record of accomplishments includes launching firmwide initiatives such as a strategic video content series, establishing an Agriculture and a Finance industry group as well as top client management focus groups and creating a firmwide Chambers process. All of which were designed to elevate attorney thought leadership and client engagement.
