The Challenge

The BVI IAC engaged Furia Rubel to conduct a communications assessment and create a strategic communications plan with a three-year outlook. Following the strategic planning, Furia Rubel deployed public relations and marketing strategies to position this independent not-for-profit arbitral institution as a go-to institution for international arbitration and all other forms of dispute resolution in the international business community.

The video series, titled Arbitration Life, is now in its second season. BVI IAC team members interview a wide-range of thought leaders in the international arbitration community. Promotion of the video series includes email marketing and social media campaigns.
