Stefanie Caccese is a proven, results-oriented professional with more than two decades of experience in marketing strategy and business analytics in agency, corporate retail, and wholesale environments. Her forte is her ability to strategize, execute, manage, and measure marketing campaigns designed to exceed business growth expectations while maintaining operational budgets in a competitive marketplace.
Stefanie rejoined Furia Rubel Communications in 2017 as director of marketing and operations. In her previous tenure with Furia Rubel’s marketing and PR team, she was an account manager who liaised with Furia Rubel clients, supervised accounts, and created strategic marketing and public relations strategies.
Her career took Stefanie to South Florida where she worked for Alfred Angelo, Inc., for more than a decade in both marketing and retail operations and for Levenger, Inc. as a business analyst.
With a solid foundation in consumer products and services, Stefanie was tasked with creating, executing, and evaluating marketing and communication plans, implementing tracking to report on ROI, conducting regular S.W.O.T. analysis, preforming market research to evaluate industry tends, and creating keys to success indicators while developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging for domestic and international print and digital advertising. She also managed multi-media advertising budgets, placed and negotiated digital, broadcast, print, billboard, and radio buys. She rounded out her experience as project manger, which gave her a bird’s-eye view of the working components to build successful marketing programs.
In her business analyst role, Stefanie utilized her vast business experience and technology knowledge to liaise with IT and internal departments to identify departmental reporting goals, needs, and scope, as well as to produce reporting queries and write report summaries for internal reporting systems. Stefanie also provided insight to web and merchandising staff on Google Analytics, and reported on open rates, click-throughs, and shopping cart abandonment rates to maximize web traffic.
Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications with a specialization in International Business from Drexel University.
