As reported in the Philadelphia Business Journal, Carlino Commercial Development and Rothman Institute purchased a building at 510 Township Line Road in Blue Bell, Montgomery County in March of 2016. After extensive renovations by Carlino Commercial Development, it is now open and home to a new care center for the Rothman Institute.

Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Philadelphia office has been busy these past few months. Senior Counsel Matthew S. Olesh was named to Billy Penn’s Who’s Next: Law, a honor for young leaders in Philadelphia’s legal community. In early August the Philadelphia Business Journal reported the firm opened an additional office in Center City to be closer to clients and City Hall.
