The firm’s mediators, arbitrators and special masters oversee mass tort litigation, complex civil litigation, aggregate settlement allocations, claims administration, eDiscovery, ethics, technology, class actions, and more in a wide variety of issues including environmental, national resource, brownfields, fracking and land contamination cases; financial, real estate, and foreclosure matters; biotechnology, heath care, medical device and pharmaceutical; complex commercial, construction, consumer, corporate and ERISA matters; and personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and insurance cases.

As a result of the marketing strategy and nomination by Furia Rubel, Corodemus & Corodemus and Judge Marina Corodemus were formally recognized as one of the best ADR firms and best individual mediator in the country.

Furia Rubel recommended taking a formal approach to celebrating this recognition, leveraging a high-profile communication vehicle. The National Law Journal, an ALM publication, is a legal industry magazine read by attorneys, judges, and other professionals.

Our Deliverables

New Jersey Adr Firm Marketing And PR

Furia Rubel strategized, negotiated and secured a cover wrap for The National Law Journal that highlighted Corodemus & Corodemus, and Judge Corodemus. From an editorial standpoint, this was brand-new territory. The National Law Journal had previously never produced a cover wrap advertisement; the first one would therefore be memorable.

The Furia Rubel team designed and created a four-page cover wrap for 300 copies of the “Best of 2012” supplement to be used as a promotional item for the firm’s annual Mass Tort Litigation Summit. Since the National Law Journal had never offered cover wraps as an advertising or revenue tool, they agreed to the copies and voluntarily used the wrap for the nationwide supplement distribution.

Furia Rubel’s design used chalk illustrations of the firm’s team and strategic content. The wrap served as a leave-behind for the firm’s conference and continues to serve as the firm’s brochure, ad template, promotional handout and much more. Furia Rubel continued to serve the needs of Corodemus & Corodemus including the design, content management and implementation of their quarterly electronic newsletter (eNewsletter), ongoing website updates, strategic counsel, public relations and a variety of other marketing efforts.

According to Judge Marina Corodemus, “The National Law Journal listing and promotional brochure helped to raise our firm’s profile significantly in the mass tort arena.
