Ryan Haden-Young serves as an account manager at Furia Rubel, bringing more than 12 years of diverse experience in marketing and strategic communications transforming brands and driving impactful results. His extensive skillset, particularly his background in legal marketing, uniquely positions him to serve law firms, legaltech companies, and other professional services providers.

Ryan’s cross-functional expertise was illustrated during his time as a program and brand strategist for Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET). He oversaw internal and external communications that improved operational outcomes. He has also served at several law firms as the director of marketing, spearheading initiatives that helped increase revenue, expand client bases, and streamline marketing operations. His expertise spans public relations, traditional and digital marketing, stakeholder engagement and market analysis, making him a trusted advisor in creating communications plans that resonate and deliver to clients.

Ryan is passionate about crafting data-driven campaigns and fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious goals. In addition, his leadership in various organizations has honed his capabilities in stakeholder engagement, ensuring the successful delivery of targeted business outcomes.

A proud graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in communication, Ryan also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Bellevue University. Outside of work, Ryan, along with his husband, are raising their daughter to be strong and outspoken, which means they have their hands full. He is a dedicated advocate for foster care along with systemic issues such as LGBTQIA+ rights and other infringements on marginalized communities. He also enjoys reading and exploring the outdoors with his family.
