Hayden-Young’s career includes expertise in legal communications, making him uniquely positioned to provide strategic support to law firms, legaltech companies, and related industries. His background includes spearheading initiatives that have directly contributed to revenue increases, client base growth, and streamlined marketing operations within law firms. Prior to joining the agency, Hayden-Young oversaw communications at the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET).

Hayden-Young holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Public Administration from Bellevue University.
