Gina F. Rubel, Esq., President and CEO of Furia Rubel Communications Inc., will participate in a panel entitled Diversity in “Practice,” presented by the Diversity in the Profession Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. The session will be moderated by Henri P. Marcial of Marcial & Associates, LLC. Additional participants include Sophia Z. Lee of Blank Rome, Priscilla E. Jimenez of Kline & Specter and Shabrei M. Parker of Mincey & Fitzpatrick.
The CLE will address ways to develop opportunities for diverse attorneys in various law firm practice areas. Participants will discuss how law firms can build well-rounded associate development programs in each practice group such as estate practice, litigation, business and transactions, personal injury, criminal law, and others. The diverse group of panelists also will address how law firms can better understand their own firm culture and environment as it relates to fostering diversity, how to ensure inclusion, and how to network and communicate effectively among diverse audiences.
