The Baruch S. Blumberg Institute, the research arm of the Hepatitis B Foundation held their 16th Annual Regional Biotech Conference on November 18th. The focus this year was on reducing costs on drug development. The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center in Doylestown hosted the event at their headquarters in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
The Legal Intelligencer reported that Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s senior counsel Kevin Sweeney recently spoke at New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents (NJSEA). Enrolled Agents are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
