Law Firm Communications
Welcome to the world of communications for lawyers; a world that until
recently contained a lot of uncharted territory. Attorneys today rely on
marketing and public relations to attract and retain clients. Headed by
Philadelphia attorney Gina
Rubel, Furia Rubel understands the law firm culture, needs and target
audiences. And equally important, we understand the implications of the Supreme
Court’s 1977 decision in Bates v. State of Arizona. We know how to
interpret state codes and rules of professional responsibility and are able to
ethically and effectively communicate your message to acquire and retain
clients.
“Legal marketing” is the overall umbrella under which many forms of
communications fall. The marketing of a law firm often entails: advertising,
business development, client services, marketing, and public relations.
Each form of communication must be a strategic part of your firm’s plan.
Advertising and direct marketing generate leads. Business development takes
those leads and turns them into clients. Public relations help to build the
firm’s brand equity by delivering a key message to a target audience to elicit a
particular response in order to shape public opinion, attitudes and beliefs. And
client services are your deliverables and how you convey them to your clients.
In short, we ensure that each campaign generates awareness about your firm,
subsidiary or practice area and reinforces your mission, brand and key
messages.
