Sheller Ludwig & Badey is a plaintiff's class action and multi-district litigation firm focused primarily on the representation of individuals and classes suffering a diverse range of injuries. The firm retained Furia Rubel to redesign its website, garner speaking engagements and manage all local, regional, national, trade and consumer publicity surrounding the firm, its attorneys and groundbreaking cases.

Responsibilities include press release writing and distribution; new website design, management and content writing; article writing and placement; and support with collateral materials.

Since October of 2002, we have successfully garnered publicity on CNN, MSNBC, CN-8 and in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, National Law Journal, Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Business Journal, Jewish Exponent, Main Line Times, Main Line Today, the Legal Intelligencer, the National Law Journal, Lawyers Weekly USA, among many others. Stephen A. Sheller has been a keynote speaker at many industry and advocacy conferences, including a debate with consumer advocate Ralph Nadar, regarding direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical marketing. The firm receives upwards of 25 website inquiries per day, many of which have resulted in new client acquisitions.
