Stampone D’Angelo Renzi DiPiero – Professional DevelopmentProfessional Development and Leadership Building Program Furia Rubel designed a professional development and leadership building program for the Stampone firm that reached attorneys, paralegals, management, and administrative staff alike. The Stampone Professional Development Lunch and Learn Series was presented each month, with speakers who discuss a number of topics such as promotion, technology and rainmaking.
One part of the program included a leadership development program run by former Olympic rowers on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. The program, managed by Team Concepts (www.teamconceptsinc.com), took place just two days prior to the Closing Ceremonies of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. As a result, media coverage was widespread and a feature story included on the front page of The Legal Intelligencer.
Joseph P. Stampone, Esquire, founder and principal shareholder of the firm said, “This program was fun and invigorating. In a unique way, employees at every level had to work together toward a common goal outside of the workplace. I truly believe this will play an integral role in the future success of our employees and the firm as a whole.”
Daniel Lyons, owner of Team Concepts, Olympian and member of the US Rowing Hall of Fame, also presented Defining the Performance Objective; Recognizing the Value of Leadership as part of the monthly Lunch and Learn series.
