They have prospects online. They have clients online. They have referral sources online. They have colleagues online. And in fact, the courts are online. Almost everyone is online, or someone in their household or company is on the Internet communicating professionally and socially. These same people don't like when I say, "It's not about you." It's about who you're trying to reach, where they are, and how they wish to be communicated with. And more importantly, it's about great lawyering.
